Penn Medicine HealthWorks, formerly Eliance Occupational Medicine, offers a broad range of integrated health solutions to support employee health and maintain regulatory compliance. We're the new name for Lancaster General Health Occupational Medicine, providing the same high quality services Lancaster County businesses have trusted for more than 30 years.

Led by our medical director who is board-certified in occupational medicine and internal medicine, our experienced team of physicians and other providers knows how to keep employees on the job and healthy. Our program uses evidence-based standards and is accredited by The Joint Commission and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Care from trusted providers

Penn Medicine HealthWorks remains fully integrated with Lancaster General Health enabling us to provide seamless access to nationally-recognized programs and services, including physical and occupational therapy, state-of-the-art imaging, lab testing and pain management—all from trusted providers with locations throughout the community. 

In addition to this, employees who get medical treatment at an LG Health facility or see a provider within the LG Health network have 24/7 access to test results through MyLGHealth, our secure web-based portal.

Department of Transportation (DOT) services

We understand the complex commercial driver certification process and are current with DOT regulations and requirements. Our physicians are certified Medical Review Officers with experience in handling substance abuse issues. Our DOT services include:

As part of Lancaster General Health, Eliance Occupational Medicine offers employees convenient 24/7 access to high quality physicians, specialists and facilities for evaluation and treatment of workplace injuries. Our program includes:

  • Comprehensive occupational medicine services at two convenient locations
  • After-hours services work injury care at LG Health Urgent Care locations—with walk-in and online appointment scheduling available
  • 24/7 emergency care at Lancaster General Hospital, Lancaster County’s only accredited Level I Trauma Center
  • Blood and body fluid exposure management
