Get connected with Penn Medicine OnDemand. Eliance is very excited to announce the Penn Medicine OnDemand program. Members enrolled in the Eliance Preferred Network can interact with a provider from the Penn Medicine system through a virtual visit. You can connect using either a smartphone or tablet from any location. Consider this approach for minor illnesses or injuries and skip the office or urgent care visit.
Population Health Initiatives for Your Business
We are dedicated to keeping you healthy. Our health plans include a team of clinical experts that have oversight of population health initiatives for the management of high cost claims.
For instance, one of the ways we are managing these claims is by developing pre-diabetes programs which improve the employee’s quality of life and reduce long-term healthcare costs.
The Eliance Preferred Network
At the heart of our health plans is the Eliance Preferred Network. This Clinically Integrated Network of physicians and hospitals have agreed to meet high quality standards at a substantially reduced cost. The network includes all Penn Medicine physicians, along with select private practice primary care physicians and specialists throughout our community. Our network includes a robust regional network of providers through Preferred Health Care and two national provider networks based off of the employer location.
