President and CEO

Eric Buck is the President and CEO of Eliance Health Solutions. Eric has more than 30 years of group health insurance and business creation, development and leadership experience. Eric is responsible for ensuring that planning and operational execution of the Eliance Health Solutions strategic plan occurs to ensure the best outcome for all Eliance customers. He believes that the unique partnership Eliance Health Solutions offers between employer, patient and health care provider is the key to creating stability and predictability in health care quality and cost outcomes for employers. Eric and the entire Eliance team is committed to working hard every day and are looking forward to watching Eliance Health Solutions grow and succeed.


Sales and Business Development

Michael McCuen is the Director of Sales for Eliance Health Solutions. Mike is a seasoned sales professional with over 30 years of experience in the health insurance and wellness industries. He is responsible for developing strong and trusted relationships with employers and brokers. He welcomes the opportunity to connect with employers and brokers to discuss how our innovative health plans can stabilize healthcare costs and help employees improve their health and well-being.


Operations

Sherry Wolgemuth is our Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for oversight of Medical Services, Claims, Credentialing, Customer Service, Administrative Services and Compliance. She has over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry and strives to maintain a level of excellence in her department.


Information Technology

Doug Smith is the Director of Information Technology. He is responsible for technology operations and partner relationships. Doug brings 20 years of experience focused in healthcare software design, development and support along with many years of software consulting in numerous fields.


Medical Services

Dr. Raff is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia and did his residency training in Family Medicine at the Lancaster General Hospital. He is boarded in Family Medicine with 30 years of experience in Family Medicine teaching which included Obstetrics, Hospital and Emergency Room Medicine as well as Pediatrics and Ambulatory medicine. He has spent the last 5 years in Urgent Care as both a Clinician and an Administrator.


TPA Services

Demi Porter is the Director of Client Services. She brings over 35 years of industry health plan administration, focusing on self-funded ERISA plans for the past 25 years. She is responsible for developing and coordinating all established client activities which includes: client management, fund management, TPA & client reporting, stop loss liaison/placement and renewal management. Demi is excited to be assisting employer groups in Lancaster find a better solution to their employee health plan needs.  


Business Planning and Implementation

Gina Dague is the Director, Implementation & Client Management for Eliance Health Solutions. Gina is responsible for providing leadership on business planning of new and expanded Eliance Health Solutions services and determining process improvements and adjustments to improve efficiency. In addition to this, Gina is responsible for client management.

Client Management

Deanna Salter is a Client Manager. She has more than 25 years of experience working with self-funded health plans and providers and employers in the community. Deanna is well versed in TPA operations and has been involved with network administration, claims, credentialing, and provider relations. She served in management positions prior to joining Eliance and enjoys supporting the healthcare needs of employers and employees in the community.

Provider Relations and Contracting 

Kristin “Kris” Grove is the Manager, Provider Relations and Contracting. Kris has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. She welcomes the opportunity to serve as a resource for providers and specializes in creating workflows, processes, policies, procedures and staff trainings that maximize revenue cycle management. She has a relentless drive for continuous improvement and adaptation to change within the healthcare system. Kris obtained a MS in Healthcare Management from the University of Denver where she also holds a certification in Strategic Leadership in Healthcare Organizations. Kris also possesses a BA in Speech Communication from Penn State.
