President and CEO

Eric Buck

Eric Buck is the President and CEO of Eliance Health Solutions. Eric has more than 30 years of group health insurance and business creation, development and leadership experience.  Eric is responsible for ensuring that planning and operational execution of the Eliance Health Solutions strategic plan occurs to ensure the best outcome for all Eliance customers.  He believes that the unique partnership Eliance Health Solutions offers between employer, patient and health care provider is the key to creating stability and predictability in health care quality and cost outcomes for employers.  Eric and the entire Eliance team is committed to working hard every day and are looking forward to watching Eliance Health Solutions grow and succeed.


Sales and Business Development

Dave Jani

Dave Jani is the Vice President of Sales & Business Development. Dave has been working for Eliance Health Solutions throughout the development and launch of the new program. Formerly with Lancaster General Health as Director of Strategic Business Development, Dave played a key role in the development of Eliance as well as other strategic initiatives. Prior to his time with Eliance Dave spent over 20 years in various management positions with Geisinger Health Plan. Dave is very excited to provide a new plan option for employers in Lancaster County that provides  employees the opportunity to achieve better health. Dave holds an MBA from James Madison University, as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State.


Broker Relations

Angela Bowman

Angie Bowman is the Manager of Broker Relations. She is responsible for working with our select broker partners and providing information about Eliance Health Solutions. Angie has her Masters in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State.


Operations

Sherry Wolgemuth

Sherry Wolgemuth is our Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for oversight of Medical Services, Claims, Credentialing, Customer Service, Administrative Services and Compliance. She has over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry and strives to maintain a level of excellence in her department.


TPA Services

Demi Porter

Demi Porter is the Director of Client Services. She brings over 35 years of industry health plan administration, focusing on self-funded ERISA plans for the past 25 years. She is responsible for developing and coordinating all established client activities which includes: client management, fund management, TPA & client reporting, stop loss liaison/placement and renewal management. Demi is excited to be assisting employer groups in Lancaster find a better solution to their employee health plan needs.  


Business Planning and Implementation

Gina Dague

Gina Dague is the Director, Business Planning & Implementation for Eliance Health Solutions. Gina is responsible for providing leadership on business planning of new and expanded Eliance Health Solutions services and determining process improvements and adjustments to improve efficiency. In addition to this, Gina is responsible for client management.


Client Management

Mike McCuen

Michael McCuen is a Client Manager. He is responsible for building strong and trusted relationships with our employers. Michael has spent his entire career in the health insurance and wellness fields. He is excited to be a part of the team and introducing Eliance Health Solutions to the Lancaster County community.

Melanie Horn

Melanie Horn is a Client Manager. Melanie brings over 20 years of healthcare and insurance industry experience. Melanie enjoys educating people on the importance of healthcare and wellness.


Wellness

Brynn Kline

Brynn Kline is the Manager of Corporate Health. Brynn brings many years of Corporate Health experience to the team. In her role she strives to help employer groups create a culture of health where overall health and well-being is valued, and implement evidence-based wellness programs that are engaging and produce measurable outcomes. She believes those who are healthy and happy at work are also those who are high-functioning, loyal and forward thinking, making employee wellness the ultimate investment for an employer. Brynn is a graduate of James Madison University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences- Health Assessment and Promotion. She also earned her Master's of Education degree in Health Education from Penn State University. In addition, she is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).


Occupational Medicine

Dr. Regan

Dr. Lora Regan, MD, MPH, FACOEM serves as Medical Director, Corporate Health for Eliance and Division Chief for Occupational Medicine at Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Health. Dr. Regan oversees the Employee Health Service for its 8000 employees and works with 750 additional businesses in Lancaster, Chester and Lebanon Counties. She is a Certified DOT Examiner, an Aviation Medical Examiner and a Certified Medical Review Officer. She graduated from UCLA School of Medicine, and did her residency and fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. She has a Master’s in Public Health from UC Berkeley and is double-boarded in Occupational Medicine and Internal Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Dr. Regan currently serves on the boards of the Lancaster County Medical Society and the Central Penn Business Group on Health.
